Returns & Exchanges

At CUBBI HAUS, your satisfaction is important to us. And so is your pet’s health and safety.

Due to hygiene and health regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product's packaging has been opened. This ensures all customers receive items that are brand new, clean, and safe for their pets and their home.

Please ensure you check the product sizing carefully before ordering and if you have any questions regarding sizing please email hello@cubbihaus.com and we will happily assist.

If your item is still fully sealed in it's original packaging, we accept returns within 14 days. Please email hello@cubbihaus.com to request a returns form.

Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your original order included free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or credit note amount.

Please note that any sale items or promotional sale offers are final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Please note that each and every product is checked thoroughly by our factory to ensure the highest standard of quality. If you have any issues with quality or believe you have received a product with a manufacturers defect please email us hello@cubbihaus.com immediately with photos and a description of the fault and we will happily provide a solution for you.

Please note we do not accept returns for any damages caused by pets or rough handling. This includes tears, rips, scratches, stains or any liquid damages. We also do not accept any damages caused by wear and tear or commercial use.
